Her expertise spans patent searching, drafting, prosecution, infringement analysis, patentability opinions, and IP advisories. As a registered patent agent and IP facilitator, she helps start-ups obtain patents from the Indian Patent Office and provide strategic advisories for protecting their IP and brand identity.

Saltanat Jamil Jazbi holds an LLB from Delhi University, providing her with a solid foundation in legal acumen. She also earned a BE in Electronics and Telecommunication from Pune University, which enhances her technical proficiency, and a Diploma in Computer Engineering, fostering a comprehensive understanding of technology and innovation. Additionally, her certifications in Southeast Asian Drafting (FICPI), European Law, and as an Indian Patent Agent underscore her global perspective and specialized expertise in intellectual property.
